Sorry we have been so bad at keeping this updated lately. I had a few people tell me that it hadn't been updated for a while, but i didn't realise that it had been over a year!

Hi all. We just returned from a week away, and things are starting to settle down a bit. Colin went to England to Tom and Beth's wedding, and got to see most of his family in a very short visit, so he's still recovering a little :)

I drove him to the airport in Seattle and stayed there for the week. Daisy and I got to stay on my brother's boat and spent a lot of time with Brandon, which was really nice. We also got to catch up with a lot of old friends!

Finally got out on the slopes. I didn't do too badly considering I haven't been out in a couple of seasons.

Well, we came over here all geared up for a very snowy winter, and it seems that England has had more then us!!! I think the most we've had is about 4 inches a couple of months ago, and a few sprinklings here and there. It is staying around at our house though, which is interesting considering there isn't any anywhere else. The snowmen I made before Christmas are looking a bit worse for wear, though!

Winter is here. We've had a couple of snow 'showers', about an inch of snow, in the last couple of weeks, but this morning we've had enough to build a snowman, and it's still going, although it's quite light at the moment.

It's a winter wonderland in our garden, the trees are all covered in snow, as is the ground. Daisy and I did a little bit of sledging this morning. Mandi has a cold (which Daisy gave her, so she just watched).
